Senator Pennacchio Calls For Boycott of Tarantino Movies
State Senator Joe Pennacchio (R-Morris, Essex, Passaic) has joined a chorus of elected officials and police organizations in calling for a boycott of Quentin Tarantino movies. At a recent rally, Tarantino called police officers “murderers.” Thousands of police organizations immediately responded asking for a boycott.

“Quentin Tarantino is a poster boy for a hypocritical, corrupt Hollywood intelligentsia. His movies are over the top violent. In one movie, ‘Pulp Fiction’ a scene shows a character being ‘accidentally’ shot in a car. Then a good deal of movie time is devoted to the clean-up of his brain matter,” said Pennacchio.
The Senator points out the irony of a Hollywood director who has desensitized a generation of young people with his violent movies, yet absolves himself from any responsibility while demonizing the very hardworking law enforcement men and women who put their lives on the line protecting our society in the real world.
“Ultimately Tarantino may apologize,” concluded the Senator, “but only because it affects his movies’ gross receipts. That makes his apology as shallow as the man himself.”
