“I share President Trump’s belief that our democracy demands that every legal vote, and only legal votes, be counted.

“While the media elite may be desperate to coronate Joe Biden as President, thankfully that is not how our democratic system of government works.

“When improperly cast ballots are disputed or there are concerns about how ballots are counted, we have a legal process that candidates for office, including the President, have every right to utilize.

“Unfortunately, many media outlets have jumped the gun in declaring a winner before all of the legal votes have been counted and disputes resolved. Their premature actions only feed into the growing belief among many Americans that our elections are rigged or somehow corrupt.”
