Senator Michael Testa chided Governor Murphy’s sanctuary state policies in response to reports that undocumented migrants were dropped off in Secaucus to board trains heading for New York City.
“Slowly but surely, New York’s migrant crisis is turning New Jersey into a hotspot for undocumented migrants. It’s time to put an end to Governor Murphy’s harmful sanctuary state polices and protect New Jerseyans from being put in any further danger,” said Testa (R-1).
“The insanity of far-left open border policies are draining our already strained resources and infrastructure. As elected officials, our highest responsibility is to ensure the safety of our schools, hospitals, and local communities. We must start putting New Jersey first and put an end to this insanity.”
