On Tuesday, July 11, Senator Jennifer Beck, Senator Ron Rice and tenant advocates will visit multi-family subsidized housing units in Asbury Park and Newark in order to highlight the unsanitary and unacceptable conditions tenants are forced to live in by negligent landlords. The visit will be a continuation of their bipartisan call for necessary reforms to rental housing.
