Senator Joe Pennacchio issued the following statement regarding the Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s testimony today.
“It is outrageous that the Administration would cite a study that it bought a paid for to explain the exodus of jobs and people out of the state. Every independent study conducted on this phenomenon blames the tax and anti-business policies of the Corzine administration on the flight of businesses and the middle-class to more affordable locations. This was an elitist study, that is intellectually dishonest and it should be disregarded in favor of more independent works.”
