Senator Kevin O’Toole, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, released the following statement regarding the committee’s approval of Jeff Chiesa as the next state Attorney General.
“Jeff Chiesa has brought his energy and attention to detail to the position of Chief Counsel to the Governor where he not only served the Governor with distinction but also members of the Legislature. As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, Jeff is more than qualified to serve the taxpayers, and our state’s law enforcement community, as our state’s next Attorney General.
“I have the utmost faith and confidence that Jeff will protect our residents with the same zeal he did as a former US Attorney.”
