To prevent Galloway and Port Republic residents from incurring telephone charges when calling the 9th District Legislative Office, Senator Christopher J. Connors, Assemblyman Brian E. Rumpf and Assemblywoman DiAnne C. Gove have established a remote call forward number on a local exchange for residents of those towns to contact the delegation.
Galloway and Port Republic residents can now contact the 9th District Legislative Office at (609) 407-4099.
The delegation established this new number upon learning that a Galloway constituent’s telephone service provider charged her for contacting the District Office as an “out-of-area” call.
To date, the District Office has only been contacted by one constituent on this matter, but want to make sure that all of our constituents have the opportunity to contact us when needed without incurring unnecessary costs.
