Senator Gerald Cardinale (R-39) criticized Governor Jon Corzine today after he signed legislation authorizing $3.9 billion to be borrowed for school construction without voter approval.
Senator Gerald Cardinale (R-39) expressed disappointment today that Governor Corzine’s promised increases in special education funding will not be included in the Fiscal Year 2009 budget as promised. Corzine proposes delaying the funding until the following budget year.
