Senator Anthony Bucco (R-Morris) has been named a “Made in New Jersey” Honor Roll recipient, in recognition of his work in state government to advance the growth of New Jersey’s manufacturing industry.
“New Jersey manufacturers are the heart and soul of this state’s economy, employing more than 250,000 workers and contributing nearly $42 billion in economic revenue every year,” Senator Bucco said. “It is my privilege as a state senator to champion legislation that enables this vibrant industry to grow and thrive in New Jersey.”

“As a longtime small business owner I was humbled to receive the support of the NJMEP, as well as my peers in the manufacturing industry who nominated me for this award,” Senator Bucco added. “I am truly grateful to the NJMEP for their tireless efforts to help our home-grown manufacturers compete on a global scale.”
The Made in New Jersey Honor Roll was developed by the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program to recognize leaders in government and higher education who go above and beyond to support New Jersey’s manufacturing, life sciences and STEM firms.
Senator Bucco was nominated for this award by small and mid-size business owners from around the state, in recognition of his steadfast support of New Jersey’s manufacturing, STEM and life sciences industry firms. This year’s award ceremony was held at the National Manufacturing Day Celebration on Oct. 7 in Somerset.
